I was very pleased with the service Mr. Hassan provided and with the outcome of my traffic case. When we met before the hearing, he outlined two different strategies we could use with the prosecutor, and then gave his opinion of which would be better, but also made sure I was comfortable with the approach. Direct and clear communicator, easy to talk to, friendly, outlined fees and expectations upfront.
William Hassan switched and bait me with his fees. He advertises a low rate but requires a high retainer and then starts draining your retainer with exaggerated fees. I subsequently fired him and he got upset and contacted the USDOJ and tried to suggest that I was guilty of wrong doing. I am currently looking into attorney-client privilege law to file suit. HEED THIS WARNING AND DO NOT HIRE THIS UNETHICAL CROOK! HE WILL DO YOU MORE HARM THAN GOOD.
