Hired Attorney Leonard Buscemi

Lenny is terrible. I hired Mr. Buscemi for a family law matter in Arlington County. He billed at $350 per hour for work that included clerical tasks, block billing, and entries as small as .02 hours. He filed a motion to have his fees paid from a third-party estate, never pursued it, then withdrew from the case and sued me personally for the same money. I have filed a counterclaim and a bar complaint with the Virginia State Bar.
