Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.Mr. Queenan is an excellent lawyer. He kept me informed through out the process. I was very happy with the outcome of my case. I would recommend Mr. Queenan to anyone who needs an attorney.
Dealing with divorce is never easy;however, Mr. Queenan took a difficult situation and made it easy for me. He was professional and took charge of the situation where I needed him to the most. I have the utmost respect for him and the way he handled this case. I feel blessed to have had him working by my side.
Mr. Queenan recently helped me with an ongoing problem that I had been
dealing with for some time. I am very grateful and appreciative for his professional help in getting the matter resolved. He kept me informed as progress was being made. His staff was always very nice and helpful when I called their office and calls were always returned.
I would highly recommend Mr. Queenan to anyone that needs an attorney.
If in the future if I need legal help again, he will be the one I will call.
This office of Queenan Law is the most incompetent law office in Arlington. They have a lawyer named Regina a first year attorney put on my case after they had my case with no action for over two years. She clerked for her law instructor and later judge. She could not represent a toad in the woods. This law office including Kevin Queenan has little experience in representing all clients to a win. Just because you have a shingle up as a law office. Does not mean this is a law office that can represent you in your favor. They allowed in my case with the defendant law firm knowing a quick resolution could be ascertained and pushing me under duress to take an offer because they were coming close to a timeline of my case per the state guidelines. Incompetent of all. I recommend to not use this law firm. They WILL NOT have your best interest at the heart of your case. Very slow in accomplishment of a case. And this case began well before Covid. Sad and sorry law office. Don't waste your time
My husband had a debilitating stroke in 2024. He asked me to look into our life insurance and make a payment if necessary. They don't accept payments by phone, but their website was defunct. The phone automated system was also problematic. I was transferred from one department to another for many days with different information from each representative. I chose the Queenan Lawfirm and paid a thousand dollars, plus an extra forty to send the documentation overnight. Big mistake! I spoke with Stacey, then Mr. Queenan, and Heather. Completely disorganized and nobody on the same page. They are extremely incompetent and untrustworthy. I do NOT recommend.
He cannot keep attorneys in his firm. They all quit so you get shuffled around with multiple people handling your case. He will eventually only work a case up to a point where he gets paid a commission, never telling you expenses upfront. Once he can pocket his fees and expenses you are left with zero or a negative balance. He says bills must be paid first which means he never fights for the client pain and suffering once he reclaims his fees. 3 years of getting beat down by depositions and legal craps and he pockets over $75k while I get $2k? I didnt even recover out of pocket paid medical or missed salary or future medical needs. He was never a participant. His other attorneys kept quitting so he didnt care about my case. Not to mention he settled my case without consulting me ahead of time.
