Reviews for Charla
Have you consulted or hired this lawyer?
Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.I'm writing this review from a year ago that I had worked with her just in a mediation. I even wrote a review through google a year ago at the time of my obstacle for a custody battle. She is a great lawyer to come to. If you're all about getting even then she isn't the lawyer for you. Shes all about what's in the best interest for the child. She does not care about your personal issues with the other parent which alot ppl these days are all for. I almost went through a 2 day jury trial for full cuddy with the other parent which she saved me from. I plan to hire her as my lawyer this time because she was very much involved in my case previously. I was dealing with spite from my ex, and a current girlfriend of the ex who tried to break me because she was jealous of me. They had personal issues with me and wanted to make my life hell. The judge at the time fell for my ex's sob story, and didnt care to hear me, Charla did not, and did her job! That's justice!
Excellent attorneys and staff. These attorneys have the best interest of their client and the client's children at heart. They fight for what is right while abiding by the law. They educate their clients along the way so they are always aware of the direction their case is going. Yes, they are busy but don't let that dissuade you from hiring them. They get an excellent job done in a timely manner. We could not be happier with the end result that they obtained for our family.
The most important thing I found with Charla to me was that her and her staff always supported my thoughts and feelings and input.
Charla's firm is the only firm I would recommend for handling a divorce in Tarrant County. After interviewing 2 local attorney's and being taken advantage by both of them, I could appreciate the fairness and solid advice that I was given by Charla and her firm.
They didn't really get me the things I wanted, and I didn't really feel like they were on my side but I imagine it always feels that way with all custody disputes.
Charla Moore is probably one of the worst attorneys out there. She is rude and arrogant and will lie and tell you one thing then do another..She can't even notify her clients of scheduled mediation appointments. I found out from my husband the day before that it had been scheduled for the following day. Who ever heard of paying 14k to a lawyer who didn't do a thing then withdraws at the end and tells you hearing date but its not on docket she never walks in court but gets withdraw signed somehow
She is a thief and takes advantage of her clients in addition to participating in real estate fraud. I will be reported her to the bar for immediate review of misconduct. She should be ashamed of herself. Must be why she was FIRED from being a judge and now has to practice family law! Ask her why she was fired from being a judge!
I met for a consultation and after only an hour, walked out. She was rude, insensitive and most of all, utterly disrespectful. She said completely inappropriate comments about my situation yet made no attempt to truly understand it. In the case of divorce where your husband has abused and cheated, you would expect to hire a lawyer that would fight for you. I was appalled to be treated this way, especially another woman. She is a disgrace to women and the profession of family law.
She was a terrible attorney, nearly absent in handling the affairs of my divorce. I would never go back to her or give her name to anyone. She didn't speak up at all in my behalf.
