Is he a very good con man or a very bad lawyer? Does the county commit 29387293 errors in accepting, filing, processing, communicating my appeals and subsequent results or is everything I am told by this lawyer ring false? When he emailed me to say the appeal was granted I chose his option of discounted payments before results were realized. I trusted him and believed my taxes were lowered as they should have been. But over a year later I still have never received a penny from the county in savings or adjustments. Everything this lawyer has told me has been incongruous with communication from the assessor and at every turn this lawyer has some excuse for it, but never a solution.
