Hired Law Firm

Does not follow standard laws and CA Rules of Court. Violates clients rights constantly. Is not suitable or fit to make sound legal decisions due to bias and discrimination. Is not familiar with CA rules of court and therefore does not practice them. Does not have the ability to understand situations as a whole because she does not know, understand, nor work within CA ethics codes for attorneys. Does not have the unbiased notions to change her opinion no matter how much evidence is presented to her, and is only worried about doubling down on supporting abusers.

Hired Law Firm

Ms. McLarnan-Dugan is clearly a smart & experienced & a shark lawyer, but stone cold & totally unhelpful, refuses to even suggest colleagues who might be able to help with a problem matter she rather not help with. Not nice or warm. Yuck.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
