Katie Naset was very conscious to keep my costs as low as possible. I was in a divorce where my ex wife and her lawyer had very unreasonable expectations what an equitable distribution meant. There were many times when I would get very stressed and Katie would just tell me not to worry about it because it wont be an issue at mediation. There were times when I doubted her on this but at mediation she was 100% right. She handled unreasonable requests great and saved my thousands of $$.
I was engaged in a particularly nasty divorce, and was hoping to maintain the majority of custody for my children, as I didn't feel their father was an adequate figure.
