Hired Attorney Ms. Magdalena White

Magdalena White represents my ex-husband in the child support case that we are still currently going to court for. Our case has been continued 4 times now SOLEY because of this attorney’s negligence. Two of those times she picked dates that she was already scheduled to be in another court for another hearing even though she was given THREE different dates and she picked those specific dates. The other two continuances (one being today, 11/28/22) were caused by her failing to show up to court! At the last hearing the judge was so annoyed he issued a subpoena for her to be present today. After missing work & sitting in a court room for 2 hours she did not show again! As annoyed as I am with my ex for going along with all this (child support is a simple worksheet based off both parties incomes + how often the kids are with both parties) her not showing for court to represent him isn’t even his fault! I have never witnessed something so unprofessional & I even told him I would be getting m

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
