Thank you Dave for your expert help with our lawsuit. Your personal touch was always appreciated. It been nearly a year and a half since Mariann passed away, our youngest graduated from high school a few days ago and is off to Columbia to study saxophone, our eldest will graduate next year with a BA in Spanish and plans to study linguistics! After hiring him during covid, I thought for sure he was going to be the bulldog we needed. I was wrong. My daughter was molested by her pediatrician. He did things no doctor should do to a 10 year old girl. We went and filed a complaint at the local PD. They( which I didn't find out till after the fact), were being investigating having sex with each other on the clock and in the building. They switched investigators on her 4 times, Noone took this seriously. After walking us through everything she would still have to go through, we decided to go after this man. Someone had to stop him. Because of covid and not being able to tell her story in court and saying there "wasn't enough evidence" and, instead of trying another tactic, he dumped us, but not before saying, they wouldn't believe in some one like "us", What? Was it the women part or the poor part? Like we had time to sit and make this up. I ACTUALLY HAVE THIS IN WRITING!. NEVER HIRE HIM. He's just about money.
