Hired Attorney Mr. Robert Stone

Takes your case, he'll FINALLY call & disappears. Doesn't tell you he's not taking your case for months, while you wait. He hangs up with clients because he has to go to his kids soccer game? Collects federal funding through Alaska Legal Services, lies about taking cases until the funding comes, then he disappears for good. Rips off tax payers, destroys lives of clients. You can't get another lawyer, because he says he's taking your case, then he doesnt. He is VERY supportive of sexual predators - like the rest of Alaska. Terrible person. I lost my home, business, vehicle, mobility & physical therapy equipment - my life savings waiting for this irresponsible leech. He STILL REFUSES TO RETURN MY CASE FILE. STILL!

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
