Bas Bruynsteen is a deputy civil law notary in the Real Estate Practice of Greenberg Traurig’s Amsterdam office. He focuses on commercial real estate transactions, property development and (re)financing of residential portfolios and commercial properties across various sectors. Bas also advises on property law aspects including establishment of rights in rem and division into apartment rights, as well as renewable energy projects and all notarial aspects of real estate and finance transactions. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
