I was told "thanks for wasting my time" by these so called professionals when I had a question about a restraining order. I just asked how much it would cost to file. If I wanted to give him the details I'd hire him not ask a simple question. This man was rude. If the subject was threatening my family member in a harmful manner I would call the Police not a so called attorney or his assistant. Terroristic Threat is a class B misdemeanor under section 22.07(a)(2) not the same as an R.O.
