Collectively, our lawyers have over 185 years of experience handling serious personal injury and wrongful death cases in Texas, Colorado, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. The cases we handle include auto wrecks, tractor trailer wrecks, medical malpractice, defective products, brain injuries, birth injuries, electrical shock injuries, on the job injuries, and many other types of personal injury and wrongful death claims. We also represent those who are the victims of negligently started wildfires. We currently represent those who lost homes and property in recent New Mexico and Texas panhandle wildfires caused by poorly maintained utility poles and lines.

We value the opportunity our clients give us to earn their trust, be their voice, and help them through some of the most difficult times of their lives. I was badly injured in a car accident which required two surgeries and long rehabilitation. I needed an experienced attorney who could handle my case with the insurance companies. At that time, I was going through another health issue that was very serious and didn’t want the added stress of this car accident. I wanted to focus on my health and not the legal matters. I chose Chris Hoffman because he had a law license to practice in both the states of Texas and Colorado (my accident was in Texas and I reside in Colorado) My own under-Insured motorist coverage was not cooperating and I believe their intention was to not cover my injuries. After almost 3 years of rigorous negotiation I received a substantial injury settlement. In my case, Chris had a team of lawyers who consulted on my case and this, I believe was critical to a successful outcome! Chris has many years of legal experience in personal Injury cases. I would highly recommend Chris Hoffman!!!!

We had a complicated case and Chris and his team worked tirelessly to sort it all out. The efforts and dedication Chris provided us ended in a positive outcome after 4 years battling with the insurance company. The legal system is difficult to maneuver and we are so glad Chris was representing us. His knowledge is suburb. Highly recommend Chris Hoffman. I was involved in a hit and run accident while pregnant. My husband and I have never been through something like this and Chris was wonderful walking us through the whole process and explaining what to except. He defiantly had our best interest in mind, kept us informed the whole time and made sure we were taken care of. Chris and his staff were professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. I wouldn't hestiate to recommend!

I highly recommend using Chris Hoffman as your attorney. Chris took on my case and it was a 2 1/2 year process. He was very professional and was patient with answering any questions that I had. If Chris didn’t think that he could have helped me with my case, he would have never taken it on and would have referred me to another attorney. Chris did an extensive amount of research to make sure that he was prepared if we went to court. I was happy to use his services and satisfied at the end result.
