Attorney David Merbaum behavior falls short of normal legal standards in many ways where he proved to be unethical and untrustworthy. He prolonged a case of neighbor's water intrusion into our property for over two years. Simply with his mindset attitude to keep on billing and making money. He intentionally did not inform the client about court dates, motions, hearings. Even if the court date was scheduled, he went ahead and cancelled the court's appointed dates without our consent. The idea behind is to keep on prolonging the case and keep on billing and collecting money. Although, he scheduled many deposition but never came prepared and never have knowledge/remember how to support depositions. When he kept on billing for interrogations and depositions without achieving any substantial results for two years period. We specially ask him that we want to go for Jury Trial as we were no longer in a position to finically keep on paying his bills. forced and pressured to sign settlement
