Forrest Franklin Schrum IV is a dedicated personal injury attorney at Morgan & Morgan’s Alpharetta office, where he focuses on car accidents, truck accidents, and other personal injury-related claims. Forrest earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia before going on to attend Mercer University School of Law, where he served on the Mercer Law Review, was an academic success mentor, and graduated in the top 5% of his class.
Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Forrest began his career with a focus on complex civil litigation defense. He represented and defended insurance companies and large corporations in matters ranging from general liability, premises liability, truck accidents, motor vehicle accidents, false imprisonment, as well as wrongful death claims.
Since becoming a member of the Georgia Bar and gaining admission to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, Forrest has quickly built a strong reputation for his client-focused approach and legal skill. His work has earned him recognition as a Georgia Rising Star by Super Lawyers in both 2024 and 2025-an honor awarded to no more than 2.5% of attorneys in the state each year.
