During the time after my father was killed in an explosion at Bethlehem Steel (my mother had mentally ill for years and was incapacitated, my brother just graduated high school, and I literally became the decision making father of the family). We were all treated with professionalism, efficiency, respect, and empathy. They covered everything I didn't think about or know before I asked. They made handling the estate so easy for me. I have never or will never ever forget it. They were amazing!
Attorney is not a true professional. Unorganized and very poor customer/client service and communication. Nickel and dimes with bills, over charges and charges for work never done. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.
Timothy duckworth jr. Failed to handle my problem correctly, billed me for work not done, and made my legal issue worse. He is incompetent and should not be practicing law. He’s riding on daddy’s coat tails. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

When he acknowledged his mistake, did nothing to correct it and blew me off. This guy shouldn’t be practicing law or dealing with the public. He is bush league and not a professional. Do yourself a favor and hire anybody but this guy.
