Hired Law Firm

If there was a negative raiting I would give negative 1000 to this so called "law firm". The only good thing about this company was Miranda Craddock who was the lawyer one would want to hire, however she left the firm in the middle of my case and they assigned Ben Votava to me. Ben is a disgrace to law. I do not understand how Ben passed his bar exam, he is plainly dumb and disrespectful to his clients. A "lawyer" who does not answer his client's emails and the only way to get a hold of him is to call the office and ask the admin to chase him down, so he would call me back. Also, he would not inform me about the date change of the hearing, absolutely unbelievable ! I only found out about this by accident from the other party. After all this experience I asked his boss, Josh Andor to handle my case, but I guess he was too busy, so he dropped me, withdrew himself from my case very close to the hearing. Long story short - awful experience, this "firm" is a total joke, stay away !

Hired Law Firm

Manuel "Mito" Gonzalez is currently "representing" my husband - court appointed, unfortunately. I have called his office 4 or 5 times to discuss my husband's case, and never received a call back. I also discussed with his secretary, who is very nice, what my plan for moving forward was in regards to speaking to the prosecutor of his case. I asked for guidance, and wanted to discuss any potential alternatives in doing so. I heard nothing. My husband has been in jail for 106 days, and has seen Mito twice. The first time was right after arrest, the second time was a couple of days ago and my husband was the last of the 7 inmates he graced his presence with. He did nothing but disparage my character for going to the prosecutor, lewd and foul language throughout the conversation with my husband. He made a racist comment about white people. Incidentally, he has done nothing regarding my husband's case. Not even available to accept delivery of evidence from prosecutor. WARNING!
