Hired Law Firm

Unable to receive a call back or feedback on my case for a Deed of Trust name removal from my deed of trust after I remitted payment and was advised the documents were filed. Trying to ascertain a status or documents was given a run around without a call back. Remitted payment in a October 2023 with no details provide as of March 2024.

Hired Law Firm

Worked with Robin Forsythe regarding a trust. When selling house in the trust, wording was incorrect. Title company and I had to call several times to get her to call back. Paper work was not filed correctly per title company. I would not use Robin Forsythe at this time

Paid 2500 to handle probate and haven’t heard anything back since dec 2023. No call no emails answered I will be calling Texas bar and file a complaint. Now going on the 4 year mark and worried. Ioiii

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
