Neblett, Beard & Arsenault is a law firm established in 1982 with an office in Alexandria, LA. At this office location, there are 12 lawyers practicing personal injury, automobile accidents, wrongful death and 35 other areas of law.
All members of the staff have been very professional and expeditious
in providing service to me. In particular, I have known and used David Walker for many years. He is an excellent attorney which I believe is characteristic of this firm.
They are incredibly dedicated and hard working. They were relentless in their research and presentation. They demonstrated their integrity throughout and were extremely professional while being completely accessible to us. All of this was done in a manner that was more than we could have hoped for and we are so very pleased.
Working with Mr. Ted Roberts, and his Paralegal Ms. Rita, was a long successful 3yrs., experience. During those years, trust was built, and I value his advice, although I did complain a lot about Workman's Comp. 😂 Anyhow, both were very supported, especially Ms. Rita, who showed so much unconditional love and understanding. Overall, Mr. Roberts was a great lawyer who I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

They are not good about calling you back or providing information.
I was not satisfied with services I received. This was my first experience with any lawyer and I did not know any better. My lawyer did not demand or pursue physical therapy for myself that the doctor ordered. I asked could something be done about this and I never received any response from them. The lawsuit was settled but my medical needs went unmet.
They never called to let me know what was going on with my case. I had to call them and ask everytime. I was not told everything that needed to be done.
The office staff are bigots who use hate speech, common microaggressions, and mock disabled people. They are uneducated and have no idea what they are doing, which makes it worse because when you call them out, they dont understand OR they know they are rude and hang up. They refuse to give their first names and lie about who is their supervisor, as if they are fearful of being held accountable for their bigotry. One man hung up on me for naming it as bigotry. Their ignorance would be funny if it were not so violent. It would be funny if Amber was not listed on the DAN list on the bar association site. Go anywhere but here. They dont even care to hire professionals for their own business, so they certain will not treat your case with care. Amber tried to use classic abuse tactics to deflect responsibility, blame me, and gaslight me. She is dangerous to disabled people, full stop.
