The case we presented to Ms. Lasavio was for a personal injury. After nine months of waiting and well past the time needed for another attorney to pick up the case, and having contacted her firm and receiving broken promises of the call being returned, I finally got a call to pick up our information. It was explained to us that Ms. Lasavio felt like there was not enough evidence to pursue in court. I think this sort of thing could be determined upon receipt of our information, or soon thereafter. Not nine months later when it becomes too late to obtain competent representation. . I will never waste my time with her again.
