Mr. Smidt is a highly effective and strong communicator. He was great to work with and extremely clear in his advice and in keeping me informed continually. His continued diligence and excellent decision making in difficult situations are superb. There are not enough stars to rate him, frankly. I can't recommend him highly enough!
