CHECK EVERY BILLING STATEMENT. EVRY TIME. This is the first negative review I have ever left. From the beginning of the relationship, I felt like the second attorney did not care about the years of case history or the relevant facts of the case. In our first hearing, as the judge was making a ruling, I asked my attorney to clarify a question and she refused, while we listened to the opposing counsel ask several questions that were not even relevant to the hearing. After that hearing, I told that attorney to not work on my case any more and to file to be removed from the case. She did not - and continued to work and bill me, another $2,000 after I asked her not to work on it any more. The billing department is non-communicative, even after 45 days plus of attempts to work it out with them. I spent over $60,000 with them and would not recommend this firm because of the billing issues and failure to represent me when it mattered.
