He achieved the best possible outcome from what was, hopefully, the worst experience of our lives, my husband, son, and mine. We are not the type of people to buy without considering as many options as possible. Mr. David Serna's breadth and depth of experience is second to none. He has solid answers and understandable explanations from day one. He was easier to reach than many others. He fought hard for us in and out of Court, got us the best outcome. Incredibly unresponsive and very rude office. Any time I had questions as a client I was talked down to and not given the time of day. Awful awful experience with zero reassurance or peace of mind at all throughout the process.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
