Hired Attorney Kathleen Rhinehart

Not only was she court appointed to me for moriarty nm that's what makes it so bad she violated my due process (can provide evidence) she didn't even read my case file and said I was using my 100% doctor diagnosed disability as an excuse and I needed to grow up and stop acting like a child. So she even thought I was guilty she used my disability and income status against me. I'm stuck in district court facing a jury trial because she didn't do her job. Again I have the evidence to prove this all. Run as far from her as you can. I barely got the evidence in my case and it has been a year. Had to hire a personal attorney that I can't afford to clean up her mess.
