MEET OUR TEAM
Kenneth Gleria Attorney at Law is a law firm with an office in Albuquerque, NM. At this office location, there is 1 lawyer.
Was able to obtain the results I needed but the results were done with less work then anticipated. Would have been nice to receive some money back but he did accomplish what I asked of him.
Mr. Gleria is very thorough and knowledgeable in his field. I would and have recommend(ed) him to friends and family relations. I would use his services if necessary in the future.
Mr. Kenneth Gleria was a very professional individual but presented himself in very few words. The words he did speak came off as narcissistic but he truly did own his field of profession. I recommend him to anyone seeking his advice, very straightforward and to the point. Don't expect a pat on the back but expect results.
I hired Ken GLERIA- lawyer….and he did ABSOLUTELY nothing to help. Even though I gave payment in FULL! And gave him approved proof of the inaccurate claim against him. Now, the problem is returning because Ken forgot that I gave him proof of innocence. Now he wants $10,000 on top of the thousands already paid, to take care of a problem he has been paid twice for. He’ll respond that they are different issues and they are…..because he didn’t remember when the Judge found out the “victim” was lying during the second court date. The judge was upset when she found out and refused to extend the restraining order because of it…… But Ken FORGOT this. As he stated (his own words during our last interview on Friday 5/17/24) and now wants $10,000 more!! Ken is NOT a good lawyer and most likely barely one. For your safety STAY AWAY FROM KEN GLERIA!!! He thinks we are going to call him and asked us NOT to talk to the detective!!! Hahahaha This law firm is NO GOOD.
KNOW WHAT YOU ARE SIGNING: Be sure to understand that in the event that the state doesn't pursue charges the attorneys will keep the money you paid even if it was intended for them to take it to trial and there wasn't one. Don’t sign any document mentioning a “flat fee”. Make sure your documents include language allowing for the return of monies paid if the case doesn’t make it to a certain point. In my experience they kept $32,500 and claim that the two court appearances they showed up for earned them that fee. Although they did return $25,000 of the $57,500 paid I still feel that $32,500 is far too much for the two routine court appearances made totaling less than two hours. I’m sure you’ll see a response below from them defending their point of view on it but just remember to not be hasty in signing anything because you are scared, don’t become a victim of this law firm.
Absolutely no communication with client, provides no documentation of Court proceedings and expects clients to rely solely on his word; sarcastic and total lack of empathy.
