Kenneth Bolvin has been practicing intellectual property law in both corporate and private practice, for more than 30 years. Mr. Bolvin spent the first half of his intellectual property law career as in-house counsel for corporations such as Motorola, Nortel, and QUALCOMM and practicing many aspects of IP law including licensing, foreign and domestic trademarks, litigation support, and foreign and domestic patent preparation and prosecution in the cellular telephone communications arts.
Mr. Bolvin has recently been in private practice performing patent preparation and prosecution in electronic, electro-mechanical, mechanical, telecommunication, and oil drilling technologies. In his spare time, Mr. Bolvin has flown for the airlines, cargo, and currently flies for a fractional aircraft entity.
