About Kathleen Carlow, LL.M.

Kathleen Carlow, Esq., LL.M., is a shareholder and attorney with the firm. She focuses her practice on tax law, estate planning, probate, trust administration, real estate and business planning. She has over a decade of experience representing individuals and businesses in general commercial matters, probate, and estate planning. Ms. Carlow also spent two years with the New Mexico Taxation and Revenue Department handling property and commercial tax matters.

This mix of experience gives her a unique perspective that allows her to develop creative solutions to meet each client’s unique objectives.

She is a graduate of the University of Iowa College of Law, with distinction, and has a Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Denver.

Hired Attorney

The best way to sum up Kathleen's performance to me and my family is she just "wants to get it right". Kathleen spent time with my family that was clearly productive and led us to an excellent conclusion. I have great confidence in Kathleen's abilities as a lawyer handling our estate plan and Trust. Kathleen wanted to ensure that we understood everything that was going on she is an excellent teacher I would highly recommend Kathleen to anyone else looking for excellent and comprehensive services
