Hired Attorney Mr. Criostoir O'Cleireachain

Having worked with Crios O'Cleireachain and staff at his firm, I would avoid working with these attorneys. This firm does not operate in a professional or ethical manner. Of note, this firm failed to complete the work I paid them for as part of a personal injury case. In addition, this firm levied New Mexico state tax/fees which are intended to be a tax on attorney's fees and included those fees on my settlement which is not ethical or appropriate. This firm also setup a trust account without my knowledge and held payment to my medical providers for over a year without discussing this or informing me of the situation. So medical providers had to wait over a year for payment which is astonishing. The lack of communication and transparency that this firm operates with is unbelievable. Overall, this firm is slow, unprofessional, and fails to perform the services I paid them for. Overall, I would steer clear of this firm!!

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
