Hired Attorney Terence Kindlon

Kindlon did not talk to witnesses on his client's behalf. He just relied on the DA's information.
Kindlon started sending out subpoenas only after a plea offer was made.
We paid Kindlon for a trial; however, after the plea he refused to return the money we paid for trial.
We only agreed to plead because we couldn't win the case after we had no defense because Kindlon did not investigate as he promised.
