Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. Very good real people. Reasonable with charges. Highly recommend for legal help.
I trust and respect this firm a lot. Dana took over my case after things soured with my first attorney. I have never needed a lawyer before and learned through this process that going with specialist attorneys really matters. My first attorney had no idea what the value of my case was. This was an emotional issue and I felt that Dana and Sandy (secretary) really cared and were patient with me even when I was acting crazy. The firm is easy to reach and Jeff Holland (partner) even dropped in during my consultation to introduce himself. I was satisfied with the outcome of the case and fees charged.
Worked will Jeff Holland and Dana Pannella. Both are very sharp attorneys who know a ton about animal law and nonprofit charities. Felt very comfortable with Dana who has a big heart and is down to earth.
Great lawyers! Have used them for multiple issues (estate planning, civil, animal issues). Very fair pricing.

ineffective strategist, poor knowledge of probate
Do not recommend the Fairlawn office. My father used that office for his and my mom’s estate/trust and after she passed away it still ended up in Probate. It has been 3.5 years and still no resolution. Lori, the paralegal gives us the run around every time we contact her or stop in the office. Pretty sure she screens and doesn’t answer when we call, hence the stopping in. She has given us every excuse in the book, unanswered calls, unanswered letters, missing signatures, missing paperwork, etc. the list is exhaustive. My dad’s Trust documents are also full of spelling errors, which when I pointed this out, she said it doesn’t matter. In October, she said my dad would be getting a letter from the court. It is now almost February, no letter from the court or follow up from her. Sometimes, we want to give up but he paid this practice a significant amount of money. In my opinion they stole his money. One star because that was the only option.
