About Charles W. Fonda

Mr. Fonda is a graduate of Case and Cleveland-Marshall School of Law. He is admitted to practice in the US Supreme Court, 6th Circuit Court of Appeals, and across the state of Ohio. He has been practicing since 1981. What gives him the most satisfaction has been being able to help his clients resolve their legal problems and move to a better place in their lives.

He is an avid fan of model railroading and is extremely active with his model railroad club, The Cuyahoga Valley S Gauge Association. He enjoys taking charge of setting up the train exhibit at the Winterfest Celebration put on by the Cleveland Public library every year. In particular, he takes great pleasure in seeing the joy that model trains give to children of all ages.

Mr. Fonda lives with his wife and their two rescued Siberian Huskies.

Hired Attorney

I have had an excellent experience working with this attorney, despite some differing opinions from others. His knowledge and expertise are truly commendable, and I would certainly hire him again without hesitation. It's important to recognize that attorneys, especially in bankruptcy cases, often manage multiple cases simultaneously—sometimes as many as 8 or more per day. For those who feel they did not receive immediate responses, it's likely due to their own expectations for promptness, which may not always be realistic given the demands on an attorney's time. In my experience, this attorney was thorough, professional, and responsive, providing the guidance and support needed throughout the process.

Hired Attorney

Absolutely horrible with communication . Always claims he is too busy or overwhelmed to answer your calls and emails. Avoid this one and recovery law group . They stop caring once they get your money and will pair you up with this guy .
