Paul seemed like a great choice after speaking with his secretary. Once we got to speaking with him about the case, he seemed to know what he was doing. He told us the case wouldn’t go over $4.5k we hired him on a payment plan. When our court date came around he was unprepared!! Despite that i personally set up a whole almost 200 pages of evidence against the respondent including bank statements, texts, emails, call logs, toll costs, repossession and more. Paul showed up with a few texts and a few payment verification. When asked by the judge for proof of our claims, Paul couldn’t respond or didnt have evidence, EVIDENCE THAT I EMAILED HIM!!! I handed Paul a folder very nearly organized before court and he said we dont need that!!! So instead of getting a judgement of $60-70k we got a judgement of almost $20k plus slapped in the face with a $13k bill from him after I expressed my concern with the judgement and him not properly representing us. Do not hire!!!
