About Casey E. Wicker

Casey Wicker practices in the areas of commercial real estate and finance law. He was a Dallas, Texas native before being recruited to the University of Texas at Austin’s Track and Field Team where he assisted the team to win more than four Big 12 titles. After earning his bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 2015, he moved to Houston where he represented individuals and organizations in protesting state property taxes. In 2021, he received both his M.B.A. and J.D. from the University of St. Thomas and South Texas College of Law, respectively. In 2021, Casey also received the Transactional Business Law Certificate for his studies relating to real estate, taxation, and contract law.

Casey and his wife moved back to Dallas in 2022, and he currently represents individuals in commercial real estate and finance law across the state, including the areas relating to leasing, purchase and sale agreements, title and survey, construction contracts, and the formation of homeowner’s associations.

Casey was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2021. He is a member of the Dallas Bar Association, Dallas Association of Young Lawyers, American Bar Association, Construction Law Section of the Dallas Bar Association, Energy Law Section of the Dallas Bar Association, Real Property Law Section of the Dallas Bar Association, Oil, Gas & Energy Resources Law Section of the State Bar of Texas, Poverty Law Section of the State Bar of Texas, and the Real Estate, Probate & Trust Law Section of the State Bar of Texas.

As an Eagle Scout, Casey greatly enjoys spending his free time outdoors with his wife and their two dogs.
