This man works out of his home - LTD. Then had the gul to ask for 3500 up front and 350 per hour !!! 😂 I told this guy up front that I can’t afford a lot up front and this is what he tells me after numerous emails and conversations. Jerry- tell people up front what you charge! Which is ridiculous. What do u call a thousand lawyers at the bottom of the ocean??? A good start… Crooks.
Jerry is incompetent. He took a winnable case and turned it into a losing one. He is unprepared during court, and does not think quickly on his toes. Communication is a problem: no laptop, smartphone or tablet. He knows the law - that's for certain, but he does not capitalize on his knowledge. I lost a hearing because he Jerry did not file a motion to dismiss when he should've. He nickel and dimes you for every single thing he does. Not worth the money! Hire a better attorney!!!!
