Absolutely FANTASTIC litigation attorney! With Kerrie's almost 20 years of experience in all aspects of the law... I have retained Ms. Kessing several times now. She is the ONLY LAWYER that I will ever deal with! The care and consideration given to me was the absolute best!!! She handles matters with attention to details unseen by anyone else. She is caring and goes out of the way to effectively communicate with her clients at all times of the day and night. Ms.Kessing did an absolute phenomenal job, handling every aspect of my case. Her professionalism, integrity and personal service was most exceptional! I would highly and I mean Highly recommend Ms.Kessing to ANYONE for any case. She has handled 4 cases for me in the past 10 years and I have won every single one! The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
