Hired Attorney Mark Haugh

Mark Haugh did an awful job on our case! He has never spoke to us post conviction. The day of sentencing was the last day we saw him! He didn't help use apply for an appeal. He told us that he wouldn't ask for a downwards departure because it would knock just a month off the sentence. Which isn't true. A departure gives the judge leeway to sentence below the mandatory miminal. He never gave us the discovery in the second case. Always had lies and excuses of why he wouldn't release it.. AWFUL I WOULDNT PAY HIM TO DEFEND ANYONE IN A FEDERAL CASE!!! HE IS NOT WORTH WASTING YOUR MONEY. DEFEND YOURSELF BEFORE YOU HIRE MARK HAUGH. YOU WOULD BE BETTER OFF
